 Title Insurance Services - Residential Property

Reviewing all recorded documents, tax records, and court-related matters on a specific land parcel to determine the present condition of title, and the requirements to successfully transfer title, give an interest in title, or mortgage the property.

We insure our work through a title insurance policy, subject to our requirements being met.

 Title Insurance Services - Commercial Property

We have a great deal of experience in insuring and closing commercial real estate transactions. This includes the review and insuring of title, surveys and lien waivers, performing closings and escrow functions, and 1031 exchanges.

 Closing and Settlement Services

We prepare documents necessary for real estate and mortgage loan closings such as settlement statements, disclosures, 1099s, and State or municipality property transfer documents, deed, and recordings.

This includes obtaining payoffs, inspections, title commitment requirements, land contract preparations, survey, inspections, and lender-related requirements.

 For-Sale-By-Owner Services

We coordinate the sale process between home seller and buyer by providing all the required forms, coordinating utility and water escrows, title examination and insuring, and a smooth closing process between all parties, including the lender.
